Staff Nurse (Dialysis)
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to the patients.
- Prepare equipment and patient for dialysis treatment.
- Perform nursing procedures such as cannulation.
- Educating and giving recommendation to patients to improve condition.
- Monitoring vital signs and ensuring safety of care through dialysis treatment process
- Ensure proper documentations of patient’s progress.
- Adhere to nursing and infection control guidelines and regulations
- Ensure treatment stations are tidied and sterilized according to guidelines and SOP.
- Other tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Possess ITE or Diploma in Nursing
- Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Minimum 2 years experience in the dialysis discipline
- Able to commit to 2 shifts (630am-230pm/230am-1030pm)
- Have few branches islandwide in Spore
- Transport allownce for first and last shift
- 5 days work week - required to work on rostered Saturday and can claim one day off in lieu on weekday.
- Sunday is full rest day
- Enrolled dialysis nurses with minmum 1-2 years experience may apply
