Job Description for Facility Executive
- Perform daily check on building infrastructure and safety facilities for defect. Generate daily report.
- Raised job requests on any defect and maintained record for monitoring.
- Monitoring, coordinating, and escorting third-party contractors on building preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Perform monthly inventory stocktake.
- Assist client on annual audit on Building and Stocktake inspection
- Perform monthly security inspections.
- Attend meetings
- Working day: Monday to Friday. Working timing: 0800hrs to 1800hrs.
- Overtime as when required.
- Singaporeans Only
- 5 day week at Pasir Laba Camp
