Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret A/V systems drawings and specifications
- Assist in creating department technical standards, processes, and procedures
- Design and configure AV, DSP & Control Systems
- Perform commissioning and acceptance testing of system
- Test integrated systems and perform troubleshooting as needed
- Demonstrate and train customers on installed systems.
- Assist manufacturers and customers with problem resolution as needed
- Travel to various job sites and provide installation support as required
Skills and Abilities:
- Test and calibration equipment
- Uploading and downloading programs in A/V systems
- Understand DSP practices and programming
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an eye for detail
- Well knowledge on MS Teams
- Positive working attitude
- Able to handle stress and multi-tasking
- Good team player
