- Work closely with the leasing team to manage the process of transferring and acquiring retail and office units. This includes preparing documents, keys, and overseeing the smooth handover and takeover of the units.
- Serve as the primary contact for coordinating the unit's design, fit-out, and reinstatement activities throughout the entire process, from design phase to completion.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above.
- At least 3 years of experience in tenancy work in commercial building.
