Our client, a well established Retail Chain, is currently expanding and looking for a few openings for their outlets to join their team.


We are seeking for a proactive and dynamic Senior Store Manager to lead a team of sales associates and ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day – to – day operations of the stores.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team of sales associates by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedbacks to ensure they deliver sales targets and key KPIs to maximize company achievements.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records, performing visual merchandising displays, and monitoring sales progress.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Planning and executing marketing initiatives to attract customers.
  • Analysing financial reports and performance metrics.
  • Hiring, training and developing new employees.
  • Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and execute visual merchandising brief in a timely and effective manner in accordance with company expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O ’level or equivalent required; a degree in business or retail management is preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail, such as assistant manager or supervisor roles, is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years in retail industry with minimum 3 years in the Store Manager role. Understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, merchandising, and customer service principles. Familiarity with inventory management and retail software.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, analysing sales data, and implementing strategies for growth. Financial management skills and knowledge of budgeting and profitability analysis.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Adaptability to changing circumstances and multitasking, effectively.
