Indoor Sales Cum Customer Service

  • Create of job orders and process customers order
  • Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
  • Maintaining client relations.
  • Coordinate sea freight shipment.
  • Updates the outstanding trading sales and purchases.
  • Preparing document quotation, performa invoice ,sales contrats,commercial invoices,packing list certificate of origin.
  • Preparing letter of credit,and other related bank correspondences.
  • Receive customer order, handle customer payment and liaise with customer for shipment confirmation.
  • Undertake any other assignments, which the management may request from time to time
  • A candidate should possess a positive mindset and a proactive "Can Do" attitude.
  • Having knowledge of the shipping line would be advantageous.
