- Create of job orders and process customers order
- Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
- Maintaining client relations.
- Coordinate sea freight shipment.
- Updates the outstanding trading sales and purchases.
- Preparing document quotation, performa invoice ,sales contrats,commercial invoices,packing list certificate of origin.
- Preparing letter of credit,and other related bank correspondences.
- Receive customer order, handle customer payment and liaise with customer for shipment confirmation.
- Undertake any other assignments, which the management may request from time to time
- A candidate should possess a positive mindset and a proactive "Can Do" attitude.
- Having knowledge of the shipping line would be advantageous.
