- Greeting Members and guests at the Reception and ensure all guests are signed in by Club members.
- Attending to Club members/guests’ enquiries on various Club information with reference to Club's Website – walk in/phone/email.
- Membership administration supports various membership application processes, Sports, Finance, F&B, Property on carpark issue/ changing locker and Marcom on sales of souvenir and stock replenishment request.
- On rotating workdays for afternoon shift duty: 4pm to 12pm (Mon to Thu), 6pm to 2am (Fri & Sat and Eve of PH)
- Supporting the Manager and HOD on the adhoc assigned Reception (Member Services Desk)'s administration
