Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of HR functions including Payroll, CPF, MOM, IRAS, recruitment, insurance, C&B, employee relations, etc
- Responsible for managing daily HR operations functions with 1 HR assistant
- Handle employee on boarding off boarding procedures, MOM work pass, displinary issue
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the rapid growth & development of the Company
- Participate in government or statutory board related surveys, company audit
- Work in close collaboration with stakeholders to provide HR advice to achieve company business goals
- Perform checker for company monthly payroll after Finance processing
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management
Requirements
- Degree in Business or any field with at least 3 years of HR experiences
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM Work Passes, HR practices and local statutory regulations
- Familiar with MOM Quota
- Familiar using any HRIS, or QuickHR
- Mature, proactive, independent, meticulous, details, resourceful and willing to handle multi-tasks
- Strong communication bilingual in English & Mandarin and interpersonal skills to communicate with associates
- Able to start immediately or within short notice would be highly advantageous
