What You Can Expect

Salary: SGD 4,000 to 5,500 per month

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing Office Operations: Manage and maintain efficient day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and functional workplace.
  • Administrative Assistance:Provide comprehensive administrative support to diverse departments, encompassing planning, scheduling, coordination, liaison activities, and execution of tasks.
  • Proactive Coordination:Anticipate and fulfil the needs of various departments, ensuring a seamless and positive operational experience.
  • Process Enhancement:Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the refinement of existing processes and internal controls.
  • Support to Managing Partners: Assist managing partners with tasks like scheduling and conducting research or fact-finding projects pertaining to family needs (e.g., education, healthcare, etc.).
  • Ad-hoc Responsibilities:Undertake additional duties as required, adapting flexibly to the evolving needs of the firm.

Essential to Have

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Software: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using various software tools (e.g., Asana, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom) to manage tasks efficiently.

Ideal Requirements

  • Proactive and Adaptable: Demonstrates a proactive, flexible attitude with a strong desire to learn and excel.
  • Organizational Skills: Exhibits strong organizational abilities, excellent time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Can work effectively with minimal supervision under pressure, incorporating constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Resourceful and Energetic: Shows resilience, pursues goals with urgency, copes well with changing priorities, and takes initiative to follow through tasks.
  • Research and Structured Reporting: Proficient in independent research and consolidating findings in a thoughtful and structured manner.
  • Eligibility: Singapore citizen, Singapore permanent resident, or LTVP+; open to fresh graduates.
