- Answering and screening incoming phone calls
- Attending to any walk-in visitors, candidates etc at front desk
- Organising outgoing and income couriers and mails
- Managing office equipment and supplies
- Data-entry, general filing, scanning & photocopying
- Adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
- Min. 1 year experience in related field
- Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Location: Orchard
- Salary: Up to $2800
- Able to start work within short notice
