Senior Manager

The Senior Manager applies advanced analysis skills and experience in principles of business process design to define appropriate customer solutions as well as to maintain relevant product group relationships and facilitate technical readiness around all products / go-to-markets for the practice by mentoring consultants and sharing best practices. The projects will involve retail, Finance, and Supply chain management domains. The incumbent will provide leadership for project delivery & development teams and will carry the ultimate responsibility for meeting the solution requirements.

  • Develop and expedite business based upon BVPF products and localized solutions and manage program management office
  • Overseeing solution delivery projects that may span across multiple areas, functions, and/or lines of business and roadmap planning.
  • Develop and execute the strategy of BVPF business.
  • Manage a team of Product/Solution members to execute BVPF Portfolio of Services to Customers, including new solutions development such as GenAI LLM Digital Assistant, in collaboration with NLS and NECAM.
  • Overseeing the use of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Developers and Solutions Architects
  • Developing and leading a team of technical delivery resources
  • Allocating appropriate technical resources to projects and ensuring that both segregated and overlapping project team roles are identified and coordinated
  • Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place
  • Ensuring a high-quality technical outcome for projects and products
  • Designing, testing and implementing technical solutions to agreed standards
  • Providing subject matter expertise
  • Manage teams of offshore and onshore developers; assign and review allocated development tasks, develop and enforce development standards
  • Lead end to end product development, determine optional solutions and plan system/architecture design
  • Consider/contribute to project proposals and evaluate feasibility
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, working knowledge of industry-specific best practices, and IT product and System Integration business experience in NEC HQ
  • High knowledge of IT and AI&Biometris Platform productions
  • Project Management, Business Planning, Marketing Analysis Knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, collaboration skills, self-motivation, and must have a strong team spirit.
