As the fulfillment manager, you are responsible for daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, inventory tracking and accurate printing of air waybill (AWB). Due to the nature of the job, you need to be physically active and steadfast. This role is highly collaborative in nature, as you will work closely with the customer service administrator to ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations are met.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation with third-party logistics (3PL)
- Accurate and efficient printing of air waybill (AWB) with third-party logistics (3PL)
- Collaborate with the customer service administrator to ensure seamless integration of email enquiries with the correct order fulfillment.
- Daily inventory tracking to prevent stock-outs and/or deadstocks
- Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals
- Reporting sales performance and actionable updates to management to improve order fulfillment SLAs
