The Manager, Continuing Education & Enrichment adds value and contributes to the growth of the Continuing Education and Enrichment Department by being forward-looking well-informed of the emerging trends in the Training and Education sectors. The incumbent must possess strong industry and business acumen to maximise opportunities for growth.
- Develops sustainable programmes for upskilling the professional capabilities of individuals in our community and prepare them for career resilience.
- Develops sustainable enrichment programmes which promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills, improve children's ability to concentrate, and make learning more meaningful, valuable, and rewarding.
- Designs assessment processes, manages accreditation and certification processes and identifies opportunities to enhance curriculum effectiveness.
- Builds new profitable income channels for all programmes
Pre-requisites:
- Passionate about continuous learning for both adults and children
- Skilful and knowledgeable with the various funding schemes from the public agencies, and the use of Training Partners Gateway (TPG) and online learning platforms such as Teachable and Udemy
- At least 4 years of hands-on working experience in curriculum development, education and training sector
- Independent and confident in using digital and web technologies to conduct trainings, webinars, seminars and etc
- Ability to write business and marketing proposals
- Has initiative, resourceful, good interpersonal skills, analytical, detail-oriented and creative in publicity
- Ability to follow through programmes and projects implementation
- Must possess the ACTA/ACLP and DACE qualifications and/or a Degree/Diploma in Early Years Education
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
