Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Conduct employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
Administer performance appraisal processes.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and legal requirements.
Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in employment laws.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefit programs.
Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office.
