Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Handle full spectrum of HR function.
· Submission of payroll & issuance of payslip to employees.
· Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes.
· To assist in recruitment which includes job posting, schedule interviews.
· Prepare all employment-related documents, eg. employment contact, letter etc.
· On-boarding / Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation.
· Design, formulate and manage staff appraisal system.
· Organize corporate events.
· Review and update HR Policies.
· Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NSmen claims and statutory claims.
· Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21.
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate
· Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
