Responsibilities
- Oversee site works and activities, and provide overall leadership to the project teams
- Handle project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets
- Perform site planning, coordination and inspection relating to the construction project to ensure that project completion timeline, requirements and budget are met
- Ensure the project is carried out on time, within budget and with excellent quality
- Lead, plan and execute MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects in A&A or newly built sector in compliance with safety, quality, and schedule
- Ensure monthly progress report is prepared on timely manner
- Review the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure all works are carried out according to the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
- Ensure site organization, workforce management and arrangement
- Attending all meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Liaise with internal and external parties for project management
Ensure the site team comply with client & regulatory requirements. - Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in MEPL / M&E / ACMV for Commercial / Industrial / Plants sectors
- ACMV, and Electrical experience is preferred
- Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Autocad
