Role: Customer Admin Officer
Duration: 12 months contract - renewable based on demand
Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore
· Update of Payment Status of credit card, PayNow payments into the system.
· Study financial details in supporting documents
· Verify financial details against supporting documents
· Amend incorrect financial details and update passed status
· Verify financial grading and process GSR details for approval
· Educate applicants on achieving the desired grading
· Advise applicant on submission of GSR online
· Report and liaise with GeBIZ Service Centre on system encountered problem for prompt resolution.
· Contact, email and follow up with applicant on submission of supporting document and payment
· Track all GSR applications, timely till closure as per SLA
· Collate daily, weekly and monthly statistics for reporting to Ministry of Finance.
