THE COMPANY
Our Client is in the heavy machinery industry with a strong presence in APAC and Singapore. They are looking for a Technical Engineer to join their team in Singapore, reporting to the Manager.
THE ROLE
The Technical Engineer is responsible for:
- versee machinery commissioning and handover, including accessory assembly, at customer jobsites.
- Deliver comprehensive application, operation, and basic service training to customer, demonstrating a hands-on approach as necessary.
- Collaborate in sales and marketing efforts, conducting demonstrations to promote key equipment, and provide valuable recommendations to product managers for continuous improvement based on jobsite experiences and customer feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering) or related field.
- Min 5 years working experience in heavy/ construction machinery, etc.
- Able to travel frequency.
