The Talent:
- Min 1 year of working experience in any healthcare organization or customer service experience
- A self-starter capable of working independently but also as part of a team
Job Description:
- Provide clinical support for continuity of clinical systems such as Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM), Cerebral Plus (C+) and other clinical systems
- Gather feedback/requirements for clinical systems improvement
- Participate in clinical systems testing
- Facilitate with end -users training session
- Provide both onsite and offsite clinical support to the end-users pre and post implementation and during downtime procedures
- Provide 24 x7 on-call application support to end users through rostering
