- Provide IT technical support and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking issues for various users.
- To keep the software up to-date and responsive to the changing needs of each department.
- Establish, implement, and review IT policies, IT asset (hard and software) lifecycle policies, and standard and processes relating to the use, preservation and recovery of information assets to ensure proper usage, compliance and security
- Coordinate with vendors for provision of end-user support and escalate to vendor for desktop/laptop hardware repairs or software troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and system standards
- Set up AV/video conferencing prior to general meetings
- Perform inventory management and health check of software licenses, hardware, and other IT peripherals
- Ensure proper documentation of all IT infrastructure setups, software licenses, and any software modifications
- Design and conduct IT user training on systems under the IT Department's purview
- To ensure that all computer systems provide uninterrupted service especially to Operations user through timely IT support.
- To ensure that back-up data stored in an off-site location is regularly updated.
