Job Description:
• Transferring and saving files into meaningful sub-folders in a SharePoint, so that all key stakeholders have easy navigation and access to them.
• There will be additional administrative tasks required by regional marketing to facilitate this process
Requirements:
• Min Diploma
• Prior experience in cataloguing a range of data sets in a range of formats – Microsoft files, social media video marketing assets, artworks etc
• Prior administration/ coordinator experience essential, marketing experience
• Able to start ASAP
• Able to commit for 3 months
