Main duties and responsibilities include:
HR Duties
· Support HR team in daily HR operations relating to employee lifecycle
· In charge of onboarding and offboarding processes
· Handle payroll and benefits administration
· Collaborate with managers to coordinate training programs and initiatives.
· Organize employee learning and welfare programs
· Support the implementation of employee engagement activities
· Streamline and improve administrative workflows.
· Provide assistance in managing employee issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Admin Duties
· Greet and attend to visitors
· Answering phone calls in a timely and professional manner
· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/courier/deliveries
· Arranging travel and accommodations for business travelers
· Managing maintenance contractors such as fire safety, pest control, etc.
· Responsible for daily office operations and admin tasks assigned by HR Operations Manager
Requirements:
· Degree/Diploma/ITE qualifications, specializing in Human Resource Management is an advantage; with at least 3 years related experience
· Good customer service attitude
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Working knowledge with payroll systems
Remuneration will be commensurate with relevant working experience and skills.
