Job Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure that the division’s objectives are met.
- Manage the database of audit issues, liaise with audit managers/partners to keep it updated, and proactively follow up with auditees to get updates to the information.
- Liaise with leaders from across the business, in conjunction with other team members, to gather data required to meet group reporting requirements
- Assist in the audit administration process management i.e. collate document packs, send out documents and reports and update the audit plans.
- Assist in the audit confirmation process management i.e. preparing bank third-party confirmations.
- Manage meetings and booking of meeting room facilities
- Assist in typing and printing of financial reports
- Provide logistical support for audit engagements, including travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
- Coordinate with external vendors for necessary services related to audit departments
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation as required by regulatory bodies.
- Maintain and keep track of the audit department training needs and training records
- Assist audit partners with occasional administrative responsibilities
- Perform other general administrative duties
