Job Description:

  • As a Call Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.

  • This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.


Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
