Our client is an innovative payment solutions company. They are looking to hire production support engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate the root causes and recommends the actions to be implemented.
- Ensurethe necessary developments to resolve the anomaly.
- Ensure the performance of unit tests and writes the documentation corresponding to the modifications made.
- Ensurecompliance with commitments in terms of deadlines and the quality of the work provided.
- Ensure compliance with standards specific to its activity.
- Contributeto the improvement of his team's indicators to improve the quality and image of the company.
- PerformOn-site support missions, provides first level support training.
- Ensurecompliance with the development standards chosen by company within the framework of its activity.
- Advocate development axes for specific maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer Science or equivalent studies/ experiences
- Minimum 5 years of relevant support experience related to Payment / Finance Industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in programming language (JAVA, PL/SQL, LANGUAGE C, ANGULAR, DEVOPS…) , framework, UI technology
- Proficiency in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Review and Deployments.
- Working knowledge and troubleshooting ability of database engine
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to manage functional and technical stakeholders across multiple business units
