Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-oriented, cheerful, and bubbly individual to join our team as a Community Events Executive. In this role, you will be involved with the set-up and coordination of our community-led events, as well as being involved in the F&B aspect of the events. You will be working at different venues across Singapore, so you will need to be flexible with your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the set-up and tear-down of event spaces
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Greet guests and welcome them to our events
- Take orders and serve food and drinks
- Clean and maintain the event space
- Ensure that our events run smoothly
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Experience in the F&B industry is a plus
- Customer-oriented and cheerful personality
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Keen to learn new things
