Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for interior design and a knack for sales? THE WOODEN RABBIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, fostering client relationships, and contributing to our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for our interior products and services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide guidance, coaching, and training as needed.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and efficient conversion of leads into sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, market trends, and competitors to effectively communicate the value of our products to clients.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, target markets, and emerging trends in the interior design industry.
  • Reporting: Generate sales reports, analyze data, and present findings to senior management to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the interior design industry and products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Leadership and team-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
