Roles & Responsibilities
- Single point of contact for all IT issues and escalations.
- Relationship Management able to engage and resolve IT infrastructure technical issues for senior executive VIP stakeholders with least turnaround time.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills on Windows 10, Azure, AD, SCCM, Ivanti and 0365.
- Experience of using elevated privileges.
- Extensive knowledge of Autopilot Intune Build.
- Hands on experience of SCCM Application Deployment.
- Hands on experience of managing Active Directory EUC GP Management.
- Hands on experience of Citrix Storefront and VDI provisioning.
- Prior experience of troubleshooting Zscaler VPN issues.
- Experience in modern EUC/services hosted on Azure.
- Good awareness of Ivanti Control App Controls.
- L1 support for Legal & General business applications (Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon, Lipper, Macrobond, Tradeweb).
- Experience of using GTA Remote Console and able to diagnose and resolve technical incidents remotely.
- Able to diagnose and resolve Dell Laptop Hardware faults.
- Able to resolve faults with all Microsoft Products such as Teams, MS Office and O365.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems relating to facilities - wireless networks, peripheral device such as printers, scanners, and mobile/smart phones.
- Stakeholder and Vendor Management skills and able to work with global teams for resolution of incidents.
Must Have
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 O/S
- Excellent communication skills and able to converse with management at all levels.
- Troubleshooting skills and able to resolve problems independently.
- Good knowledge of AD and other EUC tools outlined above.
- Flexible working hours as per business requirements.
- ITIL Service Framework.
