The purpose of this role is to provide senior change delivery support in driving the ongoing roadmap implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of an internal Employee Communications Application.

You are a change leader with experience in driving digital-first programmes across a global, complex and highly regulated organisation with experience in the rollout and adoption of enterprise platforms.

You will be a key member of an agile squad, driving implementation activities that progress the rollout of our internal communications platform across the organisation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of the change management strategy for the Pulse, whilst ensuring alignment to other strategic initiatives
  • Develop and activate the engagement strategy to generate excitement for the platform and to foster long-term adoption and community building
  • Conduct change and business impact assessments to understand how project activities will affect the broader organisation
  • Work closely with relevant functions like HR, IT and internal communications to deliver change enablers and drive forward the change agenda
  • Coordinate with teams across the organisation to integrate the internal communications platform into relevant systems and support the decommission of existing communications platforms
  • Identify blockers and implement innovative and pragmatic solutions to risks and issues that may arise
  • Facilitate and champion best-in-class change delivery practice

Requirements:

You are a skilled change professional with proven experience of leading large-scale digital or communications projects in multinational globally distributed organisations. You have experience of driving employee advocacy and positive brand sentiment through collaboration with digital teams in financial services or another industry.

  • At least 8 year experience in a project or program change role
  • At least 3 years in an agile environment (ideally Scrum)
  • A high degree of personal initiative, with a drive and ability to meet challenging goals
  • Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
  • Full organisation awareness – ability to recognise unspoken limitations and cultural nuances
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, with strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Change managements certifications (e.g., APMG, CCMP)
  • WorkVivo or other ECA implementation
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (both written English and verbal)
  • An effective problem solver and outcome-focussed
  • International experience with strong cultural adaptability and ability to work with a variety of teams
  • Positive “can do” attitude
  • Flexible approach and attitude to work
  • Managing multi-priorities
  • Passionate about all things digital and can bring new ways of thinking and innovation to the team
  • Have an audience centric mindset and passion for engaging with audiences through digital channels

  • Have worked in multinational corporations, agencies, or social networks – ideally with experience in regulated environments
  • Have great stakeholder management skills, working across teams and functions
