Job responsibilities:

Maintain full sets of accounts

Issue invoice, process payment and prepare journal entries.

Prepare quarterly GST returns.

Prepare month end closing and cash flow management.

Prepare accurate financial and management reports.

Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting or relevant discipline

At least 5 years’ of accounting experience in construction industry

Able to work well under pressure with minimum supervision

Meticulous with eye for details and numbers

Responsible, committed and work well in a team

Strong IT literacy and experience using NAVISION and any other accounting softwares

Other information:

5 days work week

Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Company bus provided at Jurong East MRT

Stationed at HQ
