Job Description:
- must posses CEI certification and preferably from an recruitment agency background
- Develop and maintain candidates database
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Evaluate candidates as per customer requirements
- Follow up with candidates for scheduling interview and until they join
Requirements:
1) Certification in CEI
2) Must be a good communicator
3) Willing to take up chanllenges and meet targets
4) Preferrably to have atleast 2+ years experience preferably from a Recruitment agency background
