Sales Coordinator

Far East Service Centre Pte. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
  • To perform administrative/analysis duties as required.
  • Provide support to the sales team in maintaining existing customer relationships and order management, contract reviews, production scheduling, handling quality complaints, customs declaration and inspection, booking and shipping arrangements.
  • Provide support to the sales team in providing relevant document preparation, reconciliation, collection of payment.
  • Responsible for customer after-sales service, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, and organizing and implementing improvements for enhancement.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualifications
  • Required Skill: good communication.
  • Possesses proficient bilingual skills in Chinese and English as to communicate effectively with our China counterpart and Chinese-speaking customer.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
  • Integrity and responsibility to be able to work independently.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
  • Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Sales Team / Directors
