Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
- To perform administrative/analysis duties as required.
- Provide support to the sales team in maintaining existing customer relationships and order management, contract reviews, production scheduling, handling quality complaints, customs declaration and inspection, booking and shipping arrangements.
- Provide support to the sales team in providing relevant document preparation, reconciliation, collection of payment.
- Responsible for customer after-sales service, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, and organizing and implementing improvements for enhancement.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Required Skill: good communication.
- Possesses proficient bilingual skills in Chinese and English as to communicate effectively with our China counterpart and Chinese-speaking customer.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
- Integrity and responsibility to be able to work independently.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
- Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Sales Team / Directors
