This role responsible for order fulfilment process
Job Description :
• Track and review all incoming orders, ensuring that all technical and commercial details are
correct for order processing.
• Process all orders timely and accurately into the ERP system.
• Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of
orders.
• Expedite orders to meet customers’ requirements.
• Acknowledge customers’ orders timely and ensure a high level of responsiveness to
customers’ requests.
• Review all backlog orders on hand and proactively escalate potential late orders to
stakeholders/higher management to mitigate risks on late deliveries or non-performance.
• Forecast all backlog orders and ensure monthly forecast targets are met.
• Respond to all customers’ enquiries timely.
• Handle, manage and escalate customers’ complaints and escalation.
• Work with sales closely to manage customers’ accounts.
• Feedback on customers’ needs and requests.
• Work with customers on their credit hold issues to clear roadblocks for shipments release
and delivery.
• Comply to company rules and policies on all businesses (Trade and Intercompany)
• Ensure all record retention.
• Prepare presentations and participate in business meetings.
Job Requirements
• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in supply chain / Logistics, Business Administration or
equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Microsoft Office and ERP System
• Knowledge on international trade compliance rules and regulations.
• English - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling english speaking people
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Possess sense of urgency and good time management
• Possess good problem-solving skills!
• Able to handle customers of different cultures.
• Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment.
