Customer Service Officer
Working Day : 5 days work week (4 weekday, 1 weekend)
Working Timing: Afternoon shift @1.30pm - 9pm / 12pm -8pm (Based on schedule )
Salary : $2500 - $3200
Working Location: United Square / Parkway Parade (Rotating Outlet)
Job Responsibilities:
• Attending to course enquiries
• Following up with customers and liaising with teachers on course bookings and scheduling; course coordination
• Updating students’ records and data base
• Processing enrolments, changes and terminations of students
• Tracking students’ monthly payments
• Issuance of payment reminders on outstanding payments
• Providing sales support
• Assisting in events organized by the Conservatory
• Any other duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
