Senior Regional Executive - based in Singapore

Company background:
Our client is a well-established retailer and distributor of wide range of consumer products. They are currently looking for a Senior Regional Executive to be based in Singapore (hybrid mode).

  Job Responsibilities
• Work closely with store operators to ensure the store runs smoothly and achieves the sales target.
• Ensure store operators follow the company guidelines and maintain the store and company's image.
• Manage and maintain the visual merchandising display of the store.
• Perform store stock count and assisting to maintain a healthy store & company image.
• Plan, monitor, and follow up on new store setup including dealing with contractors/suppliers.
• Responsible for applying and coordinating matters related to both external/internal bodies (ACRA, HSA, Singapore Food Agency, Tax/Audit agent, company secretary, Cosway HQ, and etc)
• Handle store operation matters, maintenance & repair requests (POS system, customer service/complaints, stock redemption).
• Perform store visits and report any issues to HQ
• Handle company ad-hoc assignments and events.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Sales or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the related field is required for this position, (store management). 
• Possess own transport, willing to travel outstation/local.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced working
