Job Title: Guest Relation Manager(ID2094)
Location: Clarke Quay
Working Hours: 6 Days/54 Hours Per Week (Including Weekends & PH, Timing Based On Schedule)
Salary: $3500-$4500++
Job Description
• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor as they arrive at the restaurant
• Attend to guests’ inquiries and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience
• Familiarise guests on their seating preferences, special requests such as daily specials and promotions
• Coordinate special events and private dining reservations with the management and servers
• Manage incoming reservations, either over the phone or through an online reservation system to ensure efficient seating and proper table rotation
• Work closely with the restaurant management, servers and other staff members to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure proper table settings and cleanliness before guests are seated while adhering to capacity seating limits
• Thank guests for dining at the restaurant and express appreciation for their patronage
Requirement

• Ability to handle pressure and remain composed during busy periods
• Organisational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not always required
