Role and Responsibilities
- Experience in Architecture, Mechanical work
- Tasks should be coordinated based on plans and priorities
- Establish schedules and keep track of the staff's attendance
- Assign general and daily duties
- Supervising and instructing employees and tradespeople
- Ensure that there is sufficient staff and resources
- Ensure that all safety precautions and quality requirements are followed
- Monitor the operation of machines and equipment
- Maintain a tab on spending to ensure sure it stays within the budget
- Deal with issues as they arise
- Inform management, engineers, etc. of what is happening
- Track the status of the job and maintain monitoring of quality
- Drawing coordination and site inspection
- Managing employees
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
- Minimum 6-8 years working experiences on site experience in Singapore
- Must Possess excellent interpersonal and commicated effectively with Subcontractors and Engineers
