Job Description - Accounts & Inventory Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Support daily accounting data entries, month-end closing of books and accurate reporting into ERP system
- Perform, reconcile inventory control & preparation of inventory reports
- Liaise with operations / warehouse team for any inventory related issues
- Participate in physical stock count with warehouse team
- Process invoices & payments (AP/AR set of accounts)
- Assist in quarterly GST reporting
- Prepare procurements of general supplies and handle a variety of administrative tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the team & assist in daily office and warehouse needs
- Perform any other work related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by immediate superior
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting / ACCA
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting roles
- Knowledge of MYOB / Microsoft Dynamics will be an advantage
- Motivated team player with a pleasant personality
- Good communication skills & good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
