Job Description - Accounts & Inventory Admin Assistant


Responsibilities:

  • Support daily accounting data entries, month-end closing of books and accurate reporting into ERP system
  • Perform, reconcile inventory control & preparation of inventory reports
  • Liaise with operations / warehouse team for any inventory related issues
  • Participate in physical stock count with warehouse team
  • Process invoices & payments (AP/AR set of accounts)
  • Assist in quarterly GST reporting
  • Prepare procurements of general supplies and handle a variety of administrative tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to the team & assist in daily office and warehouse needs
  • Perform any other work related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by immediate superior

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting / ACCA
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting roles
  • Knowledge of MYOB / Microsoft Dynamics will be an advantage
  • Motivated team player with a pleasant personality
  • Good communication skills & good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
