This contract staff will be required to do branding and marketing communications covering:
Branding – Refresh of brand collateral (pitchbook)
1. Content including copy and visual (photography and video production) development with creative agency
2. Manage stakeholders across business units (SG & HK) for content gathering, alignment, feedback and approvals
3. Printing and distribution to Relationship Managers
Website refresh – Improve customer experience and increase traffic and leads generation through the website
1. Content including copy and visual (photography and video production) development with creative agency
2. Manage stakeholders across business units (SG & HK) for content gathering, alignment, feedback and approvals
3. Management of Design and IT teams to ensure the website meets business needs and timelines are met
4. UAT testing and tracking against success measures
Inbound acquisition – Generate leads online through campaigns making use of both internal and external channels (excluding events)
1. Content creation with creative agency for online campaigns
2. Managing Relationship Managers on the tracking and follow up on leads acquired.
3. Monthly fulfilment for campaign incentives
4. Monthly tracking, data analysis and reporting for campaigns
Client communications – Engage clients through email marketing and push notifications
1. Content creation with creative agency
2. Liaising with business units for content gathering and alignment, feedback and approvals
3. Working with data team on data management including extraction of leads, leads verifications and testing
4. Monthly tracking, data analysis and reporting for campaigns
