Responsibilities:
· Handle full set of accounts, general journal, AR & AP and GST returns.
· Perform month-end closing activities, maintain accurate journal entries and monthly reconciliation.
· Update project accounts and prepare management reports
· Manage management staff payroll.
· Liaising with various third parties and government agencies including auditor, corporate secretary, tax agent, bankers, MOM, IRAS and BCA.
· Assist in ad-hoc assignments
Qualification:
· Diploma/Degree in Accounting/recognized certificate from accounting bodies (LCCI, ACCA).
· Minimum 2 years of full set accountant experience.
· Experiences in construction industry will be advantageous.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
· Fluent in English.
· Analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills.
· Excellent time management skills.
