Responsibilities:
- Responsible for co-leading and supporting PI in managing the full life cycle of R&D projects, from scoping, initiation, planning, executing through to completion:
- establish communication plans, build project schedules, milestones and deliverables.
- manage project risk, scope, budget, resources, schedule and KPIs
- interact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- track project progress against milestones and budget
- prepare reports to management and grantors
- ensure that projects adhere to established policies, guidelines, standards, and methodologies.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Project Management Information System (A*PS)
- Project Management related SOP writing and development
Other Responsibilities:
- Other ad-hoc duties and assignments as may be assigned by Reporting Officer/Director
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Infectious Diseases, Immunology or related field as above
- At least 3 years of working experience preferably in the medtech, healthcare, or biomedical industry
- Strong background in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics and Genomics
- Experience with project management, developing and implementing project plans preferred.
- Demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining key project documentation to a high standard
- Knowledge and competence in industry engagement and intellectual property would be advantageous
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Good spoken and written communication skills
