Job Description
You will be supporting the Finance team in CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Management Limited (CICTML) and report to Assistant Vice President / Vice President, Finance.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support front office to validate, settle and account for treasury transactions (such as bank loans, unitholder loans, bonds, swaps, foreign exchange and interest payments) including compliance reports for bank facilities
- Prepare regular treasury reports for management reporting purposes and accounts closing including hedge documentation for swap transactions
- Bank account management, such as opening and closing of bank accounts, KYC requirements from banks, updating of users’ access to online banking systems and internal online payment systems, and updating of authorised bank signatories
- Update cashflow forecasts, monitor bank balances and prepare funds transfer for operational needs, handle financing related payments and fixed deposit placement
- Review monthly audit schedules, ensure timely payments to vendors, prepare tax computation and audited financial statements for a subsidiary
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy / Corporate Finance / Economics or equivalent
- With 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably with knowledge in treasury function and accounting
- Knowledge of SAP Treasury is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Possesses integrity and accounting professionalism
- Keen learner with positive attitude
- Resourceful with a keen analytical mind
- Self-driven and able to work independently under tight schedules
- Good team player and is able to work with people of all levels
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
