• Responsible for the proper administration and documentation of all HR records
• Preparation and issuance of Letters (Confirmation, Appointment Letters. etc)
• Perform payroll computation
• Assist with salary benchmarking
• WICA / GHS Insurance claims submissions
• Review and analyse variances in manpower expenses
• Involved in month-end closing and reconciliation
• Handle all related claims or reimbursements, eg. NS make-up claim, Maternity Leave claim.
• Processing of monthly CPF and Foreign Worker Levy, IR21 and IR8A reports
• Work closely with internal and external on payroll matters
• To attend to all employee queries/clarifications on HR related issues with a sense of urgency
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
• Familiar with Infotech HRMS
