Requirements:
- Degree in Mass Communications or Multimedia
- Minimally 2 years of experience in marketing & communications experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and have experience in creating eDMs.
- Experience working in the healthcare setting is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and developing MarComms Materials (e.g.: collaterals, newsletters, signages, social media marketing) to profile services and showcase expertise of the organization.
- Propose and develop internal communication materials to build cross knowledge sharing and engagement within departments.
- Plan and propose various digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Organize corporate/public events (e.g.: conferences, workshops, seminars, internal events) to increase awareness.
- End-to-end event management, including proposing of ideas; post-event follow ups; vendor liaising.
- Maintain media relations, TV appearances, and press releases. Work together with the necessary stakeholders and relevant collaborators.
- Work with various internal and external departments and stakeholders.
- QI (Quality Improvement) projects.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
