Your position as a Full-time Resident Manager is to serve as our guests’ main point of contact and manage the entire operations team. Serving as KINN’s ambassador, you will be instrumental in creating an enjoyable and memorable stay for our guests, and to show them the full KINN experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel/s under his/her charge
- Provide support to both Front Office and Housekeeping operations daily
- Monitor and review daily arrivals and departure ensuring that hotel is promptly turned over for daily arrival guest
- Ensure that all hotel reports are thoroughly checked and vetted before filing
- Monitor all stocks in the hotel and maintain a record of stocks in hotel and process any order in a timely manner
- Ensure that guest payments are prompt and accurate, and all payments are reflected in the Property Management Systems
- Monitor and maintain cost effective measure in the hotel, ensuring that cost effective measure do not dampen guest experience and service standards in the hotel
- Conduct training and coaching for all team members pertaining to new P&Ps and guidelines
- Attend to guest feedback and challenges, escalating any major issues to the Hotel Operations Manager for review or further actions
- Provide recommendation to Hotel Operations Manager for all team members during annual performance review
- Conduct coaching and counselling for non-performance challenges of team members
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly updates to Hotel Operations Manager for review or execution
- Maintain the highest of service and product standards of the hotels under his/her charge
- Work with Community Host pertaining to all guest activities that has been planned and execute them in an orderly manner
- Check and reply all guest feedbacks on various platforms
- Any other duties delegated by Hotel Operations Manager
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Hospitality industry
- Independent and adaptable
- Self-confident and makes an effort to be well-groomed and tidy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Commitment to work a 5 day work week including shifts and weekends.
- Experience with property management and digital softwares such as CloudBeds or Opera
- Experience managing online travel agent websites such as Booking.com and Agoda work is an advantage
