As Manager at Arthur D. Little, you are expected to lead the successful accomplishment of the assignments for our clients.
The Manager’s role includes:
· Structure the overall mission in line with the client’s issues and needs
· Conducts issue analysis proficiently with Principal/Partners’ supports and generates hypothesis for entire project
· Provide clear, focused support and expertise to your team in structuring and solving problems
· Manage the workload while coaching team members to ensure a successful delivery
In addition, you are also expected to engage in business development activities to further grow our business.
Therefore, you will:
· Build relationships beyond project assignments and support/develop opportunities for future business especially with Japanese clients looking into expanding beyond East Asia.
· Plays an important role in shaping the agenda of middle client management
· Propose compelling solution tailored to the client leveraging Arthur D. Little’s assets, capabilities and expertise
Job Requirements:
· Strategy consulting experiences, preferably with global firms
Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions
· Deep industry expertise and demonstrated leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
· Entrepreneurship to break new ground, and eager to take personal risks in working environment
· Excellent business communication skill in English and Japanese
· Willingness to travel for team and client meetings
