• Perform patient assessment and clinical intervention in hospital/ ward
• Provide quality nursing care, nursing procedures and treatment to meet the general comfort and well-being of the patients
• Monitor vitals of mothers and children
• Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient's progress and management rendered in the notes, medication records and charts
• Assist doctors and attend to clinical/ medical/surgical procedures whenever necessary
• Competencies in clinical nursing skills and knowledge such as performing IV cannulation, assist in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, venepuncture for blood sampling, administering injections, ECG monitoring and interpretation, gowning and gloving of self and others
Job Requirements
- Min NITEC in nursing
- SNB Registered
- Able to commence work within short notice
