Benefits Summary:
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday @ 8.30am - 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Accounting Operations: Oversee the full set of company accounts, ensuring smooth daily accounting operations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports with analysis, including matching principles for revenue and cost recognition.
- Reconciliations and Audits: Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, fixed assets recording, and inventory reconciliation. Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors.
- Cash Flow and Projections: Prepare cash flow statements and projections.
- Regulatory Compliance: Handle quarterly GST reporting, and assist in compliance with accounting, taxation, and other regulatory requirements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in yearly budgeting, forecasting, and participate in the formulation and implementation of accounting policies and internal control procedures.
- System Maintenance: Maintain the accounting system, preferably proficient in SAP B1.
- Administrative Duties: Handle administrative duties and ad-hoc finance assignments as required.
- Team player: Able to lead an accounts team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the scientific or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
- Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the scientific industry and its products is highly advantageous.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: A Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or a related professional qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting. Preferably with 8 years of experience in an accounts or finance role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience in SAP B1 is advantageous.
- Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, independent, a good team player with a positive attitude. Must be meticulous, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate initiative and responsibility.
