- Assist in all human resouce functions and adminstrative matters of the company
- Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interview, selection, on-boarding, etc
- Maintain proper documentation of employee records and update HRIS accurately and promptly
- Must have payroll administrative experience
- Work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees
- Incharge of all type of insurance and renewal
- Involve in staff welfare activities
- Undertake all other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration
- 5 years’ working experience in handling full spectrum of HR & administrative roles, preferably in construction industry with a Maincon Office
- Possess basic knowledge of Whyze HR System and Ms Office Application ie Ms Word, Excel etc.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, foreign work pass procedures
- Required Language : English and Mandarin / Good verbal commuinication skills in Mandarin to correspondence in all feedback and queries of Chinese speaking customers
