-Is personally responsible for all aspects of people management, to ensure that the outlet has a bright, energetic motivated team which is committed to the Brand
-Provides management and staff ongoing guidance and training in order that they can provide customer service, establish customer rapport
-Is responsible for the good conduct and well being of management and staff while in the workplace and while representing the Company
-Exceeds customer expectations by developing, implementing and maintaining the most efficient standards of service possible in all aspects of the operations
- Maintain High energy levels – the work environment is fast-paced, and demands a flexible individual with a passion to succeed
-Understands and applies the outlet brand through the Bullseye process
-Implements rigid Cash Control and Stock Control, ensuring all aspects of control policy are implemented without exception
-Responsible for the security of the outlet, its goods, fixtures, fittings and all monies and valuables entrusted to you
-Keeps the General Manager advised of any problems, difficulties or other developments as they occur
-Recommends from time to time changes to procedures, processes and work practices to improve service, increase sales, or cut costs.
-Controls and oversees purchasing and receiving, and maintains appropriate inventory levels such that no menu items are unavailable or subject to waste
-Ability to manage with Minimal Supervision
